No sound in Surround and Call recordings?
There are three possible reasons:
- The "Accessibility service" permission is not off, or the "Appear on other apps" permission is off.
Open the app, rerun the wizard, and ensure "Accessibility service" and "Appear on other apps" are enabled. - There is another recorder. Android allows only one recorder to work, so you MUST remove ALL other recorders.
- The app occupies the microphone if you use a "voice assistant" app. Please disable the voice assistant app.
Disable OK Google

- Open the Google application on the Android device.
- Click on the "More" link when it opens.
- Now navigate to Settings > Voice > Voice Match
- Disable "Access with Voice Match", "Unlock with Voice Match", and "While Driving".Disable OK Google / Google Assistant:

Disable Google Assistant
Google Assistant is disabled in the Google settings on the device, not in the Google application.
- Open the Settings on the device.
- Select Google and use it to navigate to Search, Assistant & Voice > Google Assistant.
- In the Google Assistant settings, switch to the Assistant tab.
- Scroll down until you find the list of Assistant devices.
- Select your device.
- Turn off "Google Assistant" on the screen that opens.

- Huawei HiVoice"
- In some Huawei phones, disable the "HiVoice" app this way:
- Open the "Settings > Apps > HiVoice" screen to confirm the package name is "com.huawei.vassistant".
- Click "Force Stop".
- Disable the "Dialler > Settings > Quick Calling" option in some Huawei phones.
- Turn off some Huawei phones' "Contacts > Settings > Fast Calling" option.
- Turn off some Huawei phones' "Settings > Smart Assistance > Voice Control" option.
- In some Huawei phones, turn off the "Settings > Apps > System Apps > Voice Dialer" option.
- In some Huawei phones, disable the "HiVoice" app this way:

- If your phone supports Wi-Fi calling, please disable it since you cannot record Wi-Fi calls.
- The recording may not be available if you use Bluetooth headsets.
Flash a ROM that supports Call Recording
If there is no sound in your call/surround voice recordings, call recording may not be supported in your Country. You may flash another ROM to support call recording. Here is a list of resources:

Back up your data before flashing a ROM.
