To cancel a subscription which was set to Auto-Renewal and paid by Credit Card or PayPal:
Go to Submit a request and provide the following Info:
- Order ID and Payment Method
(Only Credit Card and PayPal support auto renew. No need to cancel the subscription if you didn't pay by Credit Card or PayPal.) - Order Email
- License Key
- Device Type: e.g. iPhone 7 iOS 10.1.1 NO JAILBREAK
- The detailed Problem of using the App
